Go inside the stories and creative process behind our graphic novel and win a NO LIMITS hat!

Hey everyone! It's been a minute since our last update. We've been busy, but we've missed connecting with you here. We hope you're well! We know you're busy, too, so we'll make this quick. You probably know that we ran our first marathon back in 2021. Although we've run four other marathons since then, that first one was uniquely epic. The whole time, we felt like we were in a movie—or a graphic novel! And now we're making a graphic novel about that run. Here is a sneak peek of the original, hand-drawn artwork:

We are thrilled to be collaborating with two wonderful creatives on this project, both connected to Dawson College (Brad's alma matter)—author and English teacher Andrew Katz and Illustration grad and professional illustrator Antonio Luzano. Telling our story in this new and dynamic way is so meaningful to us. And we want to invite you to be part of this exciting creative journey.

So we've made something really and truly special for you: 

An exclusive LIMITED EDITION collector's book that takes you inside the stories and creative process behind our graphic novel.

A few things we think make this book extremely cool:

• 500 copies will have a unique number handwritten in the top right corner, making each book a one-of a kind collector's item;

  
  

• each book will be signed by Brad through a digital signature written using his eye tracker;

  
  

• the book brings together the story of Brad's first road races as a kid, how we met and became best friends, our first marathon and the creative process behind the graphic novel;

  
  

• the book has tons of sketches, storyboards and other artwork that graphic novel readers rarely get to see;

  
  

• it will include a sneak peek of the opening chapter from the graphic novel

  
  

• 1$ from every book will go to support March of Dimes Canada, a charity which provides a wide range of services to people with disabilities throughout the country.

Where can people get this book, you might be wondering? We're so happy you asked! :) It will be launching on a crowdfunding site called Kickstarter on May 5th, in exactly four weeks. It will be available for 30 days, and then it will be gone. In addition to the book, we will be offering other awesome rewards during our brief campaign, including one extra special reward for our closest supporters. (We'll be telling you about those rewards in other blog posts between now and then.)
